What systems do you integrate with?
We work with all major LMS platforms (Moodle, Aptem, OneFile, Maytas, etc.), MIS systems, and communication tools. If you're using something less common, we'll assess compatibility during scoping.
Do we need a technical team in-house?
No. The AI Build is designed to be completely hands-off for your team from a technical perspective. We handle everything — design, build, integration, and testing.
How long does a typical build take?
Most builds are delivered within 10–12 weeks from kick-off. More complex, multi-system projects may take longer — we'll be transparent about timelines during scoping.
Is everything Ofsted and ESFA compliant?
Yes. Our compliance lead reviews every deliverable before handover. We build with inspection and audit requirements in mind from day one.
What if our needs change mid-build?
We'll discuss any scope changes transparently. Minor changes are absorbed where possible.
Significant scope additions are agreed and costed separately.
What's covered in the 30-day support window?
