Do I need to have any AI tools already in place?
Not at all. The Audit is designed for providers at all stages — from those who have never used AI, to those who have started experimenting but want a structured view of the opportunity.
How much of my team's time will this require?
Minimal. We typically need one kick-off call (1 hour), access to your key workflow documents, and a debrief session at the end. Most of the work is done by us.
Will the report be relevant to Ofsted and ESFA requirements?
Absolutely. Every recommendation is reviewed against current inspection frameworks and ESFA funding rules. Compliance isn't an afterthought — it's baked into our methodology.
What happens after the Audit?
You receive a prioritised action plan. Many clients go on to commission an AI Build with us, but you're equally welcome to implement recommendations independently or with another supplier.
